蝦米滿多的外地友人來台南七逃都會指名要來這裡吃上一碗擔仔麵打卡一下到此一遊耶~
度小月,菜單上直接印了呷巧不呷飽,嚐嚐味道嚐嚐鮮,留點肚子還可以繼續品嘗很多台南的美食唷
今天就讓蝦米帶著相機一邊用餐,一邊紀錄一下

蝦米今天用餐的是最靠近圓環的這一間原始店本舖
附近有台灣文學館、林百貨、貓咪高地、還有尚未完工的美術館
聖誕節也快到了,到了夜晚圓環有很大很大的聖誕樹在那兒
靠兩條腿的就可以在這一帶晃上一整天 XD
度小月的門口可以蓋上紀念印章
店員也挺親切的,可以問一下附近還有哪裡好吃好玩的景點

感覺店家花了心思,努力在維持這傳承五代的攤位
一樓座位滿精簡的,左邊3桌,還有個人座位3-4個

看店家熟練的下麵燙麵、熱水燙碗,起鍋後加肉燥、海鮮高湯、香菜、蒜泥烏醋跟鮮蝦,一碗麵,沒幾分鐘就完成可以上桌了

裡面有一尾鮮蝦唷~酸酸甜甜的滿開胃的
蝦捲裡面可以吃到蝦子的口感、魚漿的Q度整體是滿不錯的

套餐的旁邊有著一碗擔仔麵
上面蓋著木頭製作而成的「蓋麵英雄獅」是這裡獨有的唷
這也算是在眾多擔仔麵店裡面做出一個屬於自己的特色
而「擔仔麵」也是山珍海味套餐名字的發想由來
在很久很久以前,要吃到豬肉可不是一件簡單的事情
加上用蝦頭熬煮的高湯
有肉有蝦,山裡跑的海裡游的盡在碗裡
這在平常人家的眼裡這可是一碗貨真價實的山珍海味唷
而搭配上一些台南在地的元素,像是蝦捲
組合而成的餐點,所以命名為山珍海味套餐

雖然採用的是油麵
但是蝦米覺得在整體的呈現上也是挺好的
份量上真的是精緻,正如店家菜單上的封面

台南擔仔麵說真的是滿多間的,就屬度小月的知名度是最高了吧
傳承了五代,口味有沒有跟以前一樣蝦米是不知道
不過可以感受到新一代的闆闆努力在傳統中做出一點創新
而整間店也處處充滿活力,整體用餐氣氛是相當不錯的
