相信只要是台南人都很熟悉位在小東路上的阿進仔海產.炭烤,米粉其實已經來這裡用餐過很多次了,覺得這裡服務人員態度跟菜色都不錯,所以想跟大家分享一下這家店
一到店門口就會看到這一個大大的扛棒,米粉一直覺得這個扛棒很可愛也很有趣

這裡跟其他海產店一樣有賣飲料也有賣酒,米粉知道餐間喝點小酒會讓人心情覺得愉快,但還是要請各位噴油注意(((開車不喝酒.喝酒不開車)))很重要喔!千萬要記得喔!

好了,開始點菜囉!米粉跟噴油到海產店的點餐習慣是站在冰櫃前看看有什麼食材再進行點餐順便詢問價錢,記得點完想要的食材後要告知服務人員你想要的烹煮方法,如果沒有頭緒那就請服務人員建議吧!

點完餐,入座後服務人員會送上三個免錢的小菜,這是其中一個滷花生,不要看這滷花生是免錢的就覺得沒什麼喔!這花生滷得很透,很入味,米粉最討厭滷得要透不透中間還有些硬硬感覺的滷花生了

這臭豆腐跟上面兩種小菜有點不一樣,通常都是一入桌後服務阿姨會跑來親切的說:吃不吃臭豆腐啊?請你們吃臭豆腐好不好啊?如果說:好.服務阿姨就會送上小小一鍋,鍋邊還會貼上招待二字小標籤的臭豆腐上桌囉!
這臭豆腐味道也是很足又夠臭的,米粉只能說阿進仔光是小菜的部分誠意就很足夠了

清蒸長尾鳥
肉質細綿.無細刺,但不知道為什麼少了一種鮮甜感
魚的種類除了常見的種類之,外其他的米粉一直分不清楚,問了服務員之後才知道這隻魚叫長尾鳥,米粉當下一頭霧水一直問噴油說:長尾鳥是哪個鳥?是會飛的那個鳥嗎?
噴油說:沒錯.就是那個鳥字
米粉還是一頭霧水的說:魚就是魚跟鳥到底有什麼關係啊?
米粉飯後查了一下谷歌大神才知道原來這隻魚學名叫長尾濱鯛俗稱長尾鳥
長尾鳥屬於白肉魚,和加納魚有點類似,雖不像紅魽來得油脂豐腴,因為肉質夠Q,所以生魚片嘗起來格外有咬勁,味道相當清甜。頭尾則收回煮湯,接著端上的是清蒸魚腹
吃個飯還可以長知識不錯.不錯

清蒸長尾鳥
肉質細綿.無細刺,但不知道為什麼少了一種鮮甜感
魚的種類除了常見的種類之,外其他的米粉一直分不清楚,問了服務員之後才知道這隻魚叫長尾鳥,米粉當下一頭霧水一直問噴油說:長尾鳥是哪個鳥?是會飛的那個鳥嗎?
噴油說:沒錯.就是那個鳥字
米粉還是一頭霧水的說:魚就是魚跟鳥到底有什麼關係啊?
米粉飯後查了一下谷歌大神才知道原來這隻魚學名叫長尾濱鯛俗稱長尾鳥
長尾鳥屬於白肉魚,和加納魚有點類似,雖不像紅魽來得油脂豐腴,因為肉質夠Q,所以生魚片嘗起來格外有咬勁,味道相當清甜。頭尾則收回煮湯,接著端上的是清蒸魚腹
吃個飯還可以長知識不錯.不錯
