菜市場的附近總是有一些隱藏版的美食,這時候要把之前寫過的文章拿出來使用了,就是隔壁的『 輝肉燥飯 』, 店址就在青年路上跟興華街的路口,三角窗上,車來車往的非常熱鬧,停車有一點點小麻煩,但是跟隔壁一樣都是滿平價的用餐地方。

往裡面一點會看到菜單高高掛。店名雖然是火雞肉飯,但是跟其他火雞肉飯的店家是有著些許的不同,在於餐點的多樣化,因為還有賣蛋包飯、鹹粥、鍋燒意麵等等,最特別的大概是採用火雞肉來製作的雞肉乾麵/湯麵了。

意麵的麵體比較偏細一點,看起來比較像是...鹽水意麵的感覺,吃起來一樣是帶有些許的Q度。用了滿多蒜蓉來提味的,但是吃起來也不會蒜味過濃厚,整體吃起來是滿不錯的
