每年的小年夜,我們一群友人都會找間餐館聚聚,今年找了幾間川菜、湘菜、吃到飽餐廳等等來投票,最後由渝苑川菜餐廳勝出。渝苑川菜餐廳年節前後生意可是相當的火熱,還好我們早早就訂位完成。

熱熱吃可以感覺到蠻重的麵香味,外面酥脆裡面柔軟口感很好,個人蠻喜歡跟京醬肉絲搭配著一起享用的

五更腸旺的辣度蠻足夠的,很下飯,讓我們不小心又點了第二輪白飯。肥腸QQ的很有咬勁又入味,整體呈現不錯

排骨的呈現上口感厚實,骨頭跟肉的比例也是蠻適中的,帶著些許的果香味跟甜度的不錯吃

這一道在口味上也是偏重了點,川菜迷人的地方就是在這裡了,個人覺得很適合喜歡米飯的朋友,吃著一道道的料理,大口扒著一碗又一碗的米飯。採用蒜苗、青椒等等來拌炒,味道不錯

菜單上的連鍋湯這個名字是比較陌生的,也可以算是渝苑的招牌湯品之一。喝起來有著花椒的香氣、淡淡的奶香味兒。還有花椒顆粒,咬破會有觸電的感覺。裡頭的料是豬肉片 & 蘿蔔片,滿滿的,好喝!
