從門口並沒有看見服務人員,但是當我正準備推開門的那一瞬間,卻使不上力,們好像就自己打開了XD,原來是裡面的服務生已經上前來幫忙開門,並且客氣的詢問人數 & 是否有訂位等等,還沒用餐就已經先感受到店家的熱情

這裡的炙燒牛排,使用的是跟排餐有著同樣等級的肉塊下去分切,今天品嘗到的是叻眼的部位,味道的部分還真是有相當水準。
一旁的配菜蠻豐富的,四季豆、葉菜、玉米筍、彩椒等等,彩椒的製作店家用了蠻特別的方式,採用大火將外層的蠟去除,再用柑橘果汁醃製,吃起來是很清爽的口感。

這是『X Dining 艾克斯義式餐酒館』跟『1982 de glacée 法式冰淇淋』推出的特別款,採用來自屏東的有機檸檬跟來自公平交易的咖啡豆兩者作結合,口感上比較雪霜,檸檬的酸香裡面有著咖啡的甘醇,整體蠻不錯的。
((1982倡導的是使用環境友善的產品、或是公平交易的咖啡豆來製作出的手工冰淇淋。在製作上也並沒有添加乳化劑或是蛋,全素的朋友也可以安心享用。))

"當一道料理上桌時,它的溫度、氣味、型態,都會告訴你,它準備好了 "
義大利人和台南人共同的精神象徵都是懂得細細品嚐、慢慢生活
這裡的"慢",指的是花時間去享受、品味,不是一味地拖延、浪費時間、或是沒有效率,而是把一件事想好、做好。
法文裡有一個詞叫 prendre ton temps,和英文的 take your time意思一樣,最好的對等中文就是"慢慢來"。
我們希望能用這句話的理念,花時間去烹調,不使用工廠制式的半成品,並且希望藉由不斷創造有價值的東西,創造美味、無負擔的用餐品質,對社會有所貢獻。
