來分享一間台南老字號的泰式料理,整體價位也都很平價,是一個人也可以輕鬆享用的泰式料理。店家就位在南門路上,附近路邊停車格還算是多的,開車的朋友也不用太煩惱。騎機車的朋友就停門口吧~

來之前有先做過功課,泰星球的這道海鮮帕泰好像蠻多人喜歡的。帕泰就是泰式炒河粉,我們今天的餐點都選擇了微辣的口味,些許的甜度帶著微微的辣度相當開胃。海鮮的部分都藏在河粉裡面沒有特意挑出來拍照,河粉QQ的不軟爛還不賴

使用泰國長米飯來作炒飯,那粒粒分明的口感還不錯。整體的味道也是有著一點甜味,辣度倒不是很明顯,香氣很夠。兩隻大蝦就...考驗使用叉子的功力了,我們後來是直接用手剝蝦啦XDD

友人點的綠咖哩,主食可以搭配米飯或是河粉。據友人說吃起來辣勁十足,不小心會多喝上兩杯飲料XDD,除了辣,還有淡淡的椰奶香氣,很泰式的口感。牛肉燉煮的挺軟嫩的,搭配口味偏重的綠咖哩相當下飯。

相對於綠咖哩,香甜黃咖哩溫和許多,椰奶的香氣也更加明顯了一些,很適合不吃辣的朋友。味道蠻濃厚的黃咖哩拌在米飯裡面很夠味,讓友人胃口大開的多點的一碗白飯

如果是比較少吃辣的朋友,那麼點微辣的就很適合了。打拋豬的部分跟米飯是分開的,打拋豬香氣很夠、味道也很足,是很下飯的泰式料理,搭配長米飯粒粒分明的口感相當合拍。
