魚肚是我們蠻喜歡的食材之一,可以同時吃到兩種魚部位的口感,一邊是恰恰的紮實魚肉口感,緊緻、香噴噴,一邊是魚肚油脂的部分,咕溜又入口即化的口感,不管是煮湯或是香煎真的都是很讚的。上桌會提供胡椒鹽跟檸檬,可以適度添加來增添風味

在地友人推薦來阿滿小炒,這豬腳是必點的!!豬腳滷得相當入味,皮也很Q,闆闆的豬腳上面還有加點蔥花跟蒜泥來提味,這裡味道真的是蠻不錯的,醬香蒜香濃郁,可以多吃好幾碗白飯

菜單上的炒青菜是實價,但是店家會在店門口或是內用區牆面上都會有說明今天提供的青菜種類跟價錢。我們選了菠菜,但是剛好賣完,所以後來換成空心菜,大火快炒,蒜頭提味,吃起來相當清脆

本來是勾選蚵仔湯,但是蚵仔似乎還在路上還沒送瘩XDD,所以我們只好選擇蚵仔的好朋友蛤仔來享用了。店家只使用一點薑絲來帶出食材的鮮味
