民權路上一間很有特色的餐廳,之前在門口掛有一個很好玩的布條👉「先上車後補票」「生米煮成熟飯」,路過都會忍不住偷看幾眼!這天我們跟朋友就約在這現點現煮的愛搭膳-釜鍋米料理享用我們的晚餐。

點完餐後店家就會開始準備一鍋鍋的米飯。這裡最大的特色就是這一鍋一鍋現煮的米飯,從生米煮成熟飯大約需要20分鐘

看著櫃檯上面時鐘跟釜鍋的時間一樣的時候,就是可以開蓋子的時間,期待了20分鐘終於要掀蓋了!!剛打開鍋子的一瞬間那香氣真的是讓肚子不小心咕嚕了一下

點靖魚虱目炊飯套餐的話都會有沙拉、二個配菜、一份每日湯品等等。靖魚虱目炊飯是使用來自日本的靖魚跟台南在地的虱目魚肚的部位加在飯鍋裡面,添加些許米酒一起烹煮,這樣子讓飽滿米飯裡頭充滿著淡淡的鮮魚味,味道上相當不錯
