話說kale以前就敲好奇這看似簡單但又吹彈可破ㄟ椪餅衣殼到底是怎麼變成那敲可愛飽滿渾圓薄脆麵衣殼滴~ 且相信大家一定跟kale一樣認為很簡單是ㄅNO~NO~NO後來kale體驗完後發覺要成就出完美香餅的外觀膨脹得均勻、不破裂,黑糖內餡又不只黏在香餅底部,靠的全是技巧和手勁真功夫。體驗後才真明白椪餅真的hen謀甘丹ㄚ~ kale就來跟大家分享一下怎麼來玩玩這跳toneㄟ另類新玩法囉~ !!

順利餅舖Happiness Baker從外邊看店面似小巧迷你,當kale走進後一看倒立馬覺得1F販賣餅舖的整體空間挺寬敞也蠻舒適的,但kale今天是要來體驗椪餅DIY的~正四處張望了店家四周圍思索著這椪餅DIY該是在店外面製作?正巧就立馬看到店家親切的闆娘迅速帶領kale往店內2F處去辣~這才驚覺原來椪餅DIY體驗是可以吹著冷氣美美玩的捏~要不然這炙熱盛夏的安平光站著都會汗流浹背惹說XDD。

kale在等待大家來臨之際咧,看見闆娘還用稀釋酒精消毒桌面與食材器具ㄟ~真得很注重整體環境衛生~這才驚覺DIY室一點粉塵都沒有說,且闆娘還提醒kale等會製作時雙手要先用酒精消毒過喔,沒想到店家連這細節都注意到惹捏~立馬讓人港覺很安心說!!

而後隱約看見餅舖師傅端出以塑膠袋封住ㄟ費工又費手勁的椪餅半成品~話說kale以前也愛手作甜點餅乾麵包..等,所以很明白以塑膠袋包裹住的餅皮和黑糖餡料是不能接觸空氣吹風放太久的,因為麵糰是不能久放易軟掉變質,so~麵糰也是需小心翼翼保存的。

Wow~當餅舖師傅一攤開呈現圓滾滾如麻吉&湯圓的麵糰們好古椎樣ㄚ~視覺角度光看到就有莫名的療癒感ㄟ,師傅說順利餅舖這敲可愛的白色麵糰是完全不添加任何人工色素、 膨鬆劑的椪餅麵皮殼。而深色糰子則是使用純正黑糖、花生油與麥芽糖所製作出來ㄟ健康內餡喔!!

過程中kale見師傅以柔中帶剛剛中帶細膩的手感將餅與餡結合在一起,而這也是步驟中最重要的一環喔~看似簡單,但其實這才是椪餅精髓之處~揉麵團的巧勁或包入內餡捏和的緊密度都是影響椪餅澎度成敗的關鍵,若沒密合好就會澎脹不完全,還會消氣氣捏。

kale要提醒最後捏和的緊密度很重要喔~要再把粉糰開闔的封口處密合好呦~這步驟可是關係著椪餅澎度成敗的最重要的關鍵喔,沒若沒密合好就會澎脹不完全,還會消氣氣捏。

最後再餅皮上蓋上店家供應的印記章後就可送至烤爐了呦~

看看椪餅空心殼裡面,黑糖餡料都有佈滿整個椪餅就是成功辣(kale跟捧油們差點就被闆娘留下來打工兼差辣~顆顆)剛出爐的椪餅還未全冷卻前吃起來還不會很酥軟,但解饞的同時細嚐那唇齒留香的清甜美味真的很棒喔。
