這道櫻桃鴨胸我們對他的印象蠻好的,鴨胸外皮有著些許的酥脆口感,整體的香氣很豐富。在熟度上我們選擇了七分,搭配鐵板的熱度,入口的熟度就會蠻剛好的。厚實的鴨胸肉皮脆肉嫩的很好吃,越嚼越香。
