這間音樂盒法式餐廳是某日看到推薦文覺得很心動
然而心動就是要馬上行動,所以決定好日期我就立刻訂位了!
它的地點就位在瑞豐夜市旁,附近停車位是一位難求
但好險在店內消費可折抵瑞豐夜市停車場兩小時的停車費!
從瑞豐夜市停車場走過來大概500公尺左右而已,算是很方便唷!

一走近店門口,就看到店家製作了海報介紹著主打菜色─加拿大龍蝦,害我還沒點餐就覺得口水直流!

店面不大,容納十來桌而已,聽說六月份才剛重新裝潢過,整體空間看起來乾淨、明亮且不擁擠!

正當我們猶豫不決時,服務生推薦我們可點店裡主推的龍蝦海陸雙人套餐「更划算」,後來就聽從建議點了龍蝦+牛排的組合!
但後來細看才發現這海陸雙人套餐的價位和附餐,其實都和你各自點主餐的價位和附餐一模一樣,「更划算」的說法應該只是為了促使客人多點高價位的龍蝦主餐罷了!但我們原本就考慮要點龍蝦倒是無妨,若是其他來此用餐的朋友就自己多加斟酌吧!

龍蝦都已剖開處理,吃起來省事不費力,嚐起來肉質相當鮮甜、彈牙,咀嚼起來還帶有些許奶油鹹香!
不過底層的龍蝦可能沾取過多奶油,讓龍蝦原本的味道失了焦,覺得有些小可惜!

飲料是檸檬紅茶和季節鮮果茶,我個人是較偏愛季節鮮果茶,因為這鮮果茶由柳橙、芒果、檸檬綜合調成,而且還添加了蝶豆花,讓整杯飲料看起來繽紛又特別!

今日餐點整體上來說可稱得上是色、香、味俱全,料理精緻、美味讓人印象深刻,不過也還有些可改善的空間,例如:有些許龍蝦肉奶油味稍過,若同樣較喜歡原汁原味的朋友,可在點餐時提醒一下服務人員。
另外,以其餐點價格來說算是偏中高價位,今日餐點加一成服務費後約1600元/單人,可能較適合特殊節日偶爾奢侈一下,雖是瑕不掩瑜但仍期許它能更進步,希望下次回訪時能夠在品嘗到主廚更多的拿手料理!

龍蝦都已剖開處理,吃起來省事不費力,嚐起來肉質相當鮮甜、彈牙,咀嚼起來還帶有些許奶油鹹香!
不過底層的龍蝦可能沾取過多奶油,讓龍蝦原本的味道失了焦,覺得有些小可惜!

飲料是檸檬紅茶和季節鮮果茶,我個人是較偏愛季節鮮果茶,因為這鮮果茶由柳橙、芒果、檸檬綜合調成,而且還添加了蝶豆花,讓整杯飲料看起來繽紛又特別!

今日餐點整體上來說可稱得上是色、香、味俱全,料理精緻、美味讓人印象深刻,不過也還有些可改善的空間,例如:有些許龍蝦肉奶油味稍過,若同樣較喜歡原汁原味的朋友,可在點餐時提醒一下服務人員。
另外,以其餐點價格來說算是偏中高價位,今日餐點加一成服務費後約1600元/單人,可能較適合特殊節日偶爾奢侈一下,雖是瑕不掩瑜但仍期許它能更進步,希望下次回訪時能夠在品嘗到主廚更多的拿手料理!
