友人來訪一直嚷嚷著要吃台南特色小吃,天啊!台南小吃何其多?讓你吃個三天三夜,撐死了都還吃不完!我正想著到底該去吃哪一攤比較好呢?沒想到,她告訴我:「免煩惱!我都做好功課了!」哇!真是觀光客中的楷模,吃貨界的模範生啊!XD
而這家台南度小月擔仔麵就是她指名必吃的店家之一,度小月擔仔麵的確是台南頗具代表性的美食小吃,在台南也有不少間分店,但既然要吃當然就要吃最正統的原始店囉!

一走近店門口,抬頭一望就看到「清光緒廿一年」的度小月金字招牌,度小月源起於1895年第一代老闆原以捕魚為生,每年在海象不佳的季節時因無法出海捕魚,漁民俗稱「小月」,為了養家活口,就賣起麵來藉此「度」過「小月」!
一開始是以擔仔挑著沿街叫賣,沒想到廣受歡迎,直至今日已傳至第五代繼續經營,由以上可知這「百年老店」的稱號可是貨真價實的!

套餐主食─擔仔麵,這碗擔仔麵是以蝦頭熬製而成的高湯為基底,搭配店家特製的肉燥和現煮的Q彈麵條,再放上豆芽、香菜、 蒜泥、蝦仁等配料,最後淋上少許的醋去腥提味就大功告成啦!整體味道很濃郁,尤其是肉燥吃起來真的很香很夠味!

店家介紹餐點時有提到湯底可續加,有些客人會吃到一半後加湯,從乾麵變成湯麵品嚐另一種滋味;或是吃完後再續加享用純高湯
我很好奇高湯原本的味道,所以想喝純高湯,店家還特地另外盛了一碗給我,服務真是周到!這碗就是不加味精、純粹以蝦頭熬煮而成的高湯,喝起來既無腥味又甘甜順口呢!

套餐小菜─過貓,過貓吃起來很嫩不老,上面搭配著醃漬過的番茄,而且淋上酸酸甜甜的醬汁吃起來更顯爽口
本以為是日式和風醬之類的,但詢問店家卻說這醬汁就是一般用來炒鱔魚意麵用的醬汁,讓我覺得十分神奇!完全無法聯想在一起的味道XD

今日託友人的福來一嚐度小月擔仔麵的美味,價格雖比其它小吃店貴些,但論精緻度和服務態度卻也是更勝一籌,尤其店家能在傳統中變化出新意,也難怪生意能夠歷久不衰,甚至揚名國際!
聞香而來的外國客實在不少,當日用餐時就看到有中國、韓國、日本等地的客人,若是長輩或朋友來訪,招待來此用餐環境也相當舒適、體面,大家有空不妨來試試這百年飄香的好味道吧!

友人來訪一直嚷嚷著要吃台南特色小吃,天啊!台南小吃何其多?讓你吃個三天三夜,撐死了都還吃不完!我正想著到底該去吃哪一攤比較好呢?沒想到,她告訴我:「免煩惱!我都做好功課了!」哇!真是觀光客中的楷模,吃貨界的模範生啊!XD
而這家台南度小月擔仔麵就是她指名必吃的店家之一,度小月擔仔麵的確是台南頗具代表性的美食小吃,在台南也有不少間分店,但既然要吃當然就要吃最正統的原始店囉!
度小月擔仔麵原始店就位在民生綠園附近,斜對面就是台灣文學館
中正路上兩旁都有停車格,店家自己也有特約停車場,停車還算方便
一走近店門口,抬頭一望就看到「清光緒廿一年」的度小月金字招牌,度小月源起於1895年第一代老闆原以捕魚為生,每年在海象不佳的季節時因無法出海捕魚,漁民俗稱「小月」,為了養家活口,就賣起麵來藉此「度」過「小月」!
一開始是以擔仔挑著沿街叫賣,沒想到廣受歡迎,直至今日已傳至第五代繼續經營,由以上可知這「百年老店」的稱號可是貨真價實的!
店門口就放著關於度小月擔仔麵的簡介,身為台南知名美食店家除了有紀念章可蓋,還有宣傳看板可以供你合照XD
走進店裡發現一樓幾乎客滿,後來外面也來了好幾組客人在等候帶位

然後,我發現店家連使用的碗盤都很有特色,上面繪製著台南最具代表性的古蹟與美食名家,店家表示這碗可是有特別向原創者買版權來使用的喔!

套餐主食─擔仔麵,這碗擔仔麵是以蝦頭熬製而成的高湯為基底,搭配店家特製的肉燥和現煮的Q彈麵條,再放上豆芽、香菜、 蒜泥、蝦仁等配料,最後淋上少許的醋去腥提味就大功告成啦!整體味道很濃郁,尤其是肉燥吃起來真的很香很夠味!

店家介紹餐點時有提到湯底可續加,有些客人會吃到一半後加湯,從乾麵變成湯麵品嚐另一種滋味;或是吃完後再續加享用純高湯
我很好奇高湯原本的味道,所以想喝純高湯,店家還特地另外盛了一碗給我,服務真是周到!這碗就是不加味精、純粹以蝦頭熬煮而成的高湯,喝起來既無腥味又甘甜順口呢!

套餐小菜─過貓,過貓吃起來很嫩不老,上面搭配著醃漬過的番茄,而且淋上酸酸甜甜的醬汁吃起來更顯爽口
本以為是日式和風醬之類的,但詢問店家卻說這醬汁就是一般用來炒鱔魚意麵用的醬汁,讓我覺得十分神奇!完全無法聯想在一起的味道XD

第二道─肉燥飯,本來想說擔仔麵比較小碗怕吃不飽,所以就又加點了飯和其他菜色來分食,但是後來才發現套餐的份量比想像中大了些,不過好險只點一碗飯,不然我看我們要撐破肚皮囉!

第三道─滷蛋,我們原本沒有點滷蛋的,只是眼角餘光一直看到這一鍋,非常禁不起誘惑又加點了,因為滷肉飯就是要配滷蛋啊!XD
滷蛋是滷「鴨」蛋而不是雞蛋唷!這滷蛋滷得非常入味又不死鹹,好吃!

第四道─泰式檳榔花,口感很鮮嫩,是泰式酸辣口味,起初不覺得辣,但後勁有點強,不太能吃辣的可別一大口吞下啊!XD
