某一天我和朋友閒聊,提到我非常喜愛香港、澳門的粥品,因為他們的粥是煮到米粒與湯汁融為一體的地步,所以你是可以「喝」粥而不是「吃」粥,與台灣粒粒分明的粥品大不相同,在台南我遍尋不著類似的口感來解饞!
於是,朋友推薦我到這家店來試試「米糜」,看看口味是否符合我心意,我抽了空特地來嘗嘗!店家就位於西門路一段上,轉角就是很有名的阿堂鹹粥,店面不大找的時候要多留意,我還不小心騎過頭XD

店面整體營造出濃濃的懷舊復古風格,長板凳、老櫃子等好古早味啊!

料理檯後方牆面則掛著「台南百家好店」的證明,然後我突然發現老闆穿著打扮好Fashion啊!XD

接著讓我們來瞧瞧菜單,雖然店家招牌是水粄粥和碗粿,但其他品項如:飯、羹、湯、小菜等樣樣不少呢!

不過來此用餐要特別注意店家的用餐須知:禁帶外食也不提供小碗,店家碗盤和擺設都是收藏品,請愛惜並小心使用喔!絕版品若損壞了花錢也買不到啊!>"<

沒多久餐點就上桌了,第一碗就是米糜NT.30,米糜是用虱目魚骨精華高湯以小火煨米成粥,過程中還得不停攪拌以免燒焦,可得耗上半天時間才能熬煮成功!

大家瞧瞧這米粒都已化入魚湯中,品嘗起來味道清淡,入口後有甘甜味,多嘗幾口虱目魚湯的味道就會更加明顯!

可惜我個人對於魚腥味是較敏感且不喜歡的,好險桌上擺著一瓶東成辣椒王,加了之後辣辣甜甜的滋味,讓我克服了這障礙完食了!

這一碗則是水粄粥(小)NT.60,內容物包含水粄、米糜、香腸、三層肉、蛋酥、蝦米等食材

水粄其實就是客家傳統碗粿,指的就是沒有加料的色白粿仔製品,是用豚骨燉湯蒸粄而成
我照著店家的建議吃法先嘗一口米糜,因為有其他配料的關係,所以魚腥味不像單吃米糜明顯,幾乎察覺不到的,我再吃一口水粄,水粄本身略帶鹹味,吃起來很軟Q

再來就將所有配料攪拌混合,其中三層肉吃起來較鹹,香腸和蛋酥咀嚼後味道很香,搭配不同食材則呈現不同層次的口感,不錯吃呢!

最後一碗則是碗粿NT.30,碗粿中含有蛋黃、瘦肉等餡料,它的瘦肉頗大塊而且帶點甜味,醬汁則是偏鹹的,碗粿的口感較水粄來得更Q彈些,當然也比水粄的口味重些!

當我們飽餐一頓準備離開時,等著內用和外帶的客人陸陸續續到來,生意還不錯呢!
吃完了朋友推薦的米糜後,雖然的確是入口即化的口感,但並非我所想尋找的港式廣東粥,所以有點小失望!但是卻也品嘗到了美味的水粄粥和碗粿,算是意外的收穫!有興趣的朋友不妨走一趟也來親自嘗嘗吧!
