台南老字號的福樓餐廳,蝦米認識他超久了
不只是之前曾跟家人來用餐過幾次,逛家樂福也都會看到
這次蝦米趁著難得的放假約了幾位滿厲害的前輩一起來福樓聚聚
福樓,一開始是台南在地燒烤攤,後來到現在的位址
開業20餘年的慢慢的從燒烤攤到現在的規模,👉結合台菜、燒烤、日式料理、隨性小酌
近期更將一樓改造成自助式火鍋

蝦米今天直奔二樓,有電梯、有樓梯,算是滿方便的
整個空間很寬敞、高挑的環境,沒有壓迫感,滿舒適的

靠窗的地方有放活跳跳活體海鮮的水槽
也有冰櫃,店家在保存海鮮的部分算是相當用心
平常日的因素也讓店家的備料比較少了些

這裡的蝦捲比較不一樣的是採用豆皮來做包覆食材
點菜的時候店員很認真地分享說很多不吃豬肉的外國朋友,是不能吃安平路上知名店家的蝦捲
但是在這裡就可以大口享受蝦捲
採用火燒蝦製作的蝦捲,整體蝦味是滿濃郁的不錯吃

熟透的芋頭、番薯,鬆軟又綿密,外過裹上一層熱呼呼糖漿
筷子夾起來的時候堂將會呈現絲狀,趕快放進去店家提供的冰水裡面
糖漿會瞬間硬梆梆,變成外酥脆內鬆軟綿密的甜餐點
