對於咖啡我可是個不折不扣的門外漢,偶爾才會來個一杯,倒是身邊不少友人是每天一杯的熱愛者,這間MIX Coffee是在朋友的帶領之下才踏進來的!
MIX Coffee就位在中華路上的巷弄中,雖地址劃分為永康區但其實離東區非常近,中華路直行過小東路後會看到大眾銀行,轉進巷子就會看到它黑白分明的小小招牌囉!

MIX Coffee不若於一般連鎖咖啡店還提供額外的餐點服務,純粹以自家烘焙單品的手沖黑咖啡以及販售咖啡豆、濾掛包等商品為主
不過老闆非常歡迎客人「自備」點心上門喝咖啡,但這次朋友主要是來選購咖啡豆,他想要好好品嘗咖啡,所以我們就沒攜帶點心囉!

MIX Coffee早上六點就開始營業,所以我們早上八點吃完早餐後就順路過來喝咖啡了,一進門就會看到窗戶旁擺有幾張椅子,架上還有許多雜誌、書刊可供借閱

另一邊則是擺滿用玻璃瓶和試管分裝而成的各式咖啡豆,就連後方牆壁也是相關器材一字排開,感覺好像置身在咖啡實驗室中

另一側的置物架上則展示相關器具,也有許多精美的文創商品可選購

最後方則是烘豆機,看起來真高級完全不敢亂碰XD

店裡販售的商品有鮮焙豆、濾掛包、Mix特調、Mix單品,或者你也可以選擇「Mix專屬特調」,量身訂做屬於自己口味的限定版咖啡!
然後老闆考慮到有時客人來此聚會,其中也有少數不喝咖啡的人,所以也有幾款茶類可供選擇,至於餐點的部分目前尚未規劃,只會隨機出現以現場公告為主,有需要的可以自行詢問老闆唷!

店家販售的咖啡品項眾多,門外漢的我卻完全不知道如何選擇,因為我就算有喝咖啡頂多就是星冰樂或是拿鐵這一類的,索性請老闆推薦口味吧!
老闆詢問過後知道我不喜歡咖啡苦味,於是推薦了店內很受歡迎的「氮氣咖啡」,台南只有少數店家才有,而MIX Coffee就是其中之一喔!先讓我們來看看氮氣咖啡是如何製成的:
哇!用高腳杯裝盛的氮氣咖啡真像是高檔美酒,上層滿布著氣泡又像極了生啤酒,層次相當分明!

迫不及待啜飲一口,嘴裡除了感受到微微的炭香,還帶點黑糖甜味的尾韻,細緻綿密的氣泡讓咖啡變得更順口,讓你只享受到咖啡香卻無苦澀味,獨特且新奇的氮氣咖啡,顛覆了我對咖啡的刻板印象!

再來第二杯是友人點的瓜地馬拉 微微特南果,老闆介紹說這是款水果味與堅果味平衡的咖啡,隨著淺、中、深烘焙度的不同味道也會有所差異......(後面省略500個字XD),老闆說得很認真,但我有聽沒有懂,我們還是來看看沖泡咖啡的步驟吧!=.=+

微微特南果的咖啡香味非常濃郁,一沖泡好整間店立刻飄散著咖啡香氣,老闆教我們喝這杯可以分三步驟:1.先直接啜飲,感受咖啡香氣→2.可放在舌頭兩側,感受咖啡酸度→3.可放在舌上感受融合後的味道!
我照著步驟去品嘗覺得入口時微酸而尾韻帶點甜,其中還摻雜些許焦糖味,老闆說放冷後味道將會更酸、更甜,口感會更加強烈,若怕苦味的人可以加熱開水稀釋,沖淡酸度更顯甜味!

再來第三杯是耶家雪菲 科契爾,這款咖啡豆友人想買回家自行沖泡,所以老闆一邊示範一邊細心叮嚀著小細節

步驟大概就是攪拌→過濾→冰手沖,看起來挺簡單、挺容易上手的,有興趣的朋友也可以來買豆子回家試試!

因為有加入冰塊使咖啡溫度降低,所以中和了酸度,喝起來有些許莓果香,嘗起來也毫無苦澀味!

這杯Mix甘甜是以木質、堅果味為主,入口時會微苦之後再回甘,是不帶酸味的一杯咖啡,友人品嘗後還挺喜歡的就也打包了!

店裡販售的商品有鮮焙豆、濾掛包、Mix特調、Mix單品,或者你也可以選擇「Mix專屬特調」,量身訂做屬於自己口味的限定版咖啡!
然後老闆考慮到有時客人來此聚會,其中也有少數不喝咖啡的人,所以也有幾款茶類可供選擇,至於餐點的部分目前尚未規劃,只會隨機出現以現場公告為主,有需要的可以自行詢問老闆唷!

店家販售的咖啡品項眾多,門外漢的我卻完全不知道如何選擇,因為我就算有喝咖啡頂多就是星冰樂或是拿鐵這一類的,索性請老闆推薦口味吧!
老闆詢問過後知道我不喜歡咖啡苦味,於是推薦了店內很受歡迎的「氮氣咖啡」,台南只有少數店家才有,而MIX Coffee就是其中之一喔!先讓我們來看看氮氣咖啡是如何製成的:
哇!用高腳杯裝盛的氮氣咖啡真像是高檔美酒,上層滿布著氣泡又像極了生啤酒,層次相當分明!

迫不及待啜飲一口,嘴裡除了感受到微微的炭香,還帶點黑糖甜味的尾韻,細緻綿密的氣泡讓咖啡變得更順口,讓你只享受到咖啡香卻無苦澀味,獨特且新奇的氮氣咖啡,顛覆了我對咖啡的刻板印象!

再來第二杯是友人點的瓜地馬拉 微微特南果,老闆介紹說這是款水果味與堅果味平衡的咖啡,隨著淺、中、深烘焙度的不同味道也會有所差異......(後面省略500個字XD),老闆說得很認真,但我有聽沒有懂,我們還是來看看沖泡咖啡的步驟吧!=.=+

微微特南果的咖啡香味非常濃郁,一沖泡好整間店立刻飄散著咖啡香氣,老闆教我們喝這杯可以分三步驟:1.先直接啜飲,感受咖啡香氣→2.可放在舌頭兩側,感受咖啡酸度→3.可放在舌上感受融合後的味道!
我照著步驟去品嘗覺得入口時微酸而尾韻帶點甜,其中還摻雜些許焦糖味,老闆說放冷後味道將會更酸、更甜,口感會更加強烈,若怕苦味的人可以加熱開水稀釋,沖淡酸度更顯甜味!

再來第三杯是耶家雪菲 科契爾,這款咖啡豆友人想買回家自行沖泡,所以老闆一邊示範一邊細心叮嚀著小細節
步驟大概就是攪拌→過濾→冰手沖,看起來挺簡單、挺容易上手的,有興趣的朋友也可以來買豆子回家試試!

老闆介紹說這款是由四種以上的咖啡豆所混合(20g),加入250c.c熱水沖泡,靜置30秒後搖晃過濾,不僅沖泡迅速而且品質又穩定......(後面再省略500個字XD)

這杯Mix甘甜是以木質、堅果味為主,入口時會微苦之後再回甘,是不帶酸味的一杯咖啡,友人品嘗後還挺喜歡的就也打包了!
