最近天氣越來越冷了,又是吃火鍋的好時節,我來到了今年九月才新開幕的「麻鼎家鑄鐵鍋」嘗鮮,店面就位在小北商圈附近,外觀看起來很氣派也很顯眼

麻辣鍋底可以重慶麻辣湯底和番茄麻辣湯底二選一,我們選擇的是番茄麻辣湯底,本以為紅通通的湯頭喝起來應該會很辣,但辣度反而比重慶麻辣湯底更淡些,大概就是微辣的程度而已,微酸的番茄味帶點麻辣香氣,想吃辣又怕辣的人很適合這一鍋

菜盤和綜合手工餃是相同的我就不多介紹,主食則有白飯和芍粉可選擇,我們沒吃過芍粉所以就選擇了芍粉來嚐嚐,芍粉有點類似河粉,是以綠豆粉和葛粉製成,煮起來比烏龍麵又更Q一些,沒吃過的很推薦試試!

菜盤和綜合手工餃是相同的我就不多介紹,主食則有白飯和芍粉可選擇,我們沒吃過芍粉所以就選擇了芍粉來嚐嚐,芍粉有點類似河粉,是以綠豆粉和葛粉製成,煮起來比烏龍麵又更Q一些,沒吃過的很推薦試試!
