闆闆每天現熬的枸尾高湯,再加入人參鬚、紅棗、枸杞等等藥材來燉煮溫體烏骨雞肉
高湯喝起來是滿清爽的

搬家以前這道料理是隱藏版菜單,現在高高掛在牆上,胡椒魚
在訂位的時候要記得順便預定,才不會痴痴的等等到都吃飽了還不一定會上桌唷XD
蝦米今天一行人4個,這隻胡椒魚價位是 $280
如果人多一點,闆闆也會挑大一點的魚魚喔
當然價位上也會有一些不一樣
