民國70年創立的肉伯,在台南也算是小有名氣
蝦米剛剛谷哥了一下,發現肉伯曾被CNN媒體列入台南必吃的十九個小吃之一
這是什麼時候的是蝦米怎麼都不知道😂😂
現在的火雞肉飯內用一碗 $50,也跟蝦米記憶中的價格有一點兒差距了

室內用餐區域僅一桌,而且一旁的蒸氣一直冒出,看了就會覺得很溫暖
大部份是騎樓的座位,夏天略熱、冬天偏涼
蝦米因為拍照的關係,選了一個邊邊角角的座位
不想成為全場的焦點阿XD

這裡的火雞肉飯,米飯滿粒粒分明的,淋上的醬汁、雞油之後整個香氣是很足夠的
火雞肉絲的份量算是中規中矩
一碗吃完會有一點意猶未盡

QQ的滿有嚼勁、滿扎實的口感,湯頭也是挺清爽的
如果是點紫菜湯,就會是一樣的湯頭再加上份量豐富的紫菜唷

整體的湯頭一樣是很爽口的,用料也是很豐富,脆感十足,算是滿不錯的
