又到了吃飯時間了,按照慣例米粉跟噴油又到了傷腦筋時間啦!
其實大芳烤鴨離米粉家不遠也吃過好幾次了,味道也不錯,剛好米粉的噴油想吃肉又沒吃過大芳,於是今天晚餐就決定是大芳烤鴨啦!

這個小小的空間就是老闆的炒.炸區,米粉這次來的時間是晚上7點左右接近休息時間,所以不用排隊很快就可以把烤鴨帶走囉!

烤鴨的價錢都在這塊板子上.基本上米粉吃烤鴨都是選擇一鴨三吃做法,所以今天也不例外點了一鴨三吃

片完鴨剩下骨肉的部分老闆會剁成塊狀,一半炸.一半炒

左邊的是油炸鍋,右邊的是炒鍋,喜歡吃辣的噴油記得要跟老闆說喔!

準備開動,拿張麵皮,放一塊肉再加一點醬料包起來,放肉口中,米粉只能說:爽啊!
其實大芳烤鴨的基本配備跟一般烤鴨店家沒什麼不一樣,都有麵皮一包.醬料2包.還有一小包生洋蔥,米粉不喜歡生洋蔥所以就不加囉!
這個醬料米粉要另外提一下,米粉再吃的時候一直覺得這醬料並不是單純的甜麵醬,不會死甜,有一種很熟悉但又說不出來的味道,米粉的噴油倒是覺得很像有調了一些梅子醬之類的,可是米粉味覺太笨還是吃不出來是什麼味道,反正總結是好吃的就好啦!

裡面加了不少蒜頭片,米粉覺得炸得剛剛好,不會過乾,還保留了一些濕潤感,撒上胡椒鹽連不喝酒的米粉都想來瓶啤酒了,米粉跟噴油對這鹽酥鴨評價最好

這道炒骨肉米粉覺得比別家還要清淡一點,雖然清淡可是並不是沒味道喔!不過甜,不過鹹,米粉覺得味道剛剛好
