這間杜桑灶咖就位在奇美醫院附近,某日經過看到外面掛著的紅布條寫著「左營餛飩開賣啦!」,心裡暗自猜測著:「難道是傳說中左營餛飩的台南分店嗎?」,禁不住好奇心的驅使之下,我決定來一探究竟!

杜桑灶咖店面不大,在車水馬龍的中華路上甚至有些不顯眼,店內擺設簡單乾淨,還裝有冷氣降溫,牆上的這首詩替店裡增添了幾分人文氣息

點完餐後沒多久,老闆就手腳俐落地將餐點都準備好上桌囉!

首先我們先來看到這碗左營餛飩,小碗是10顆大碗是15顆餛飩,然後還可以選擇要不要加鹹湯圓,但既然都來了鹹湯圓當然是要加一下的啊!XD

餛飩湯裡除了餛飩和湯圓之外還加了榨菜和青菜點綴,湯頭喝起來很爽口,添加的榨菜吃起來微辣脆口,畫龍點睛更添美味!

白裡透紅的餛飩看起來真是吸引人,而且當我品嘗之後我就確定這的確是左營汾陽餛飩的滋味啊!老闆表示之前曾在左營汾陽餛飩拜師學藝,學成之後才回到台南自行創業,這裡的餛飩外皮全為自製不假他人之手,內餡則是用新鮮的後腿肉製成,經過蔭油調味自然鹹香,皮薄餡Q口感紮實,而且不添加味精唷!

緊接著品嘗湯裡這兩顆渾圓飽滿的鮮肉香菇湯圓了,這和左營汾陽餛飩略有不同,因為左營汾陽餛飩湯裡加的是荷包蛋,而這裡則是加湯圓,當然你也可以買生鮮餛飩和湯圓回家自行料理,就可以餛飩、湯圓、荷包蛋三個願望一次滿足了!XD

湯圓的外皮非常非常軟Q,是用純糯米去製成,內餡飽滿還帶有香菇的獨特香氣,湯圓的份量十足,很有飽足感

再來是蒜泥炸醬烏龍麵,麵上主要配料除了大量青蔥之外,還有瘦肉製成的肉燥拌炒著豆干,當然還有絕對不可少的蒜泥

要先將麵條與底層的蠔油攪拌均勻,攪拌過程中香氣不斷撲鼻而來,老闆說製作烏龍麵的技術是他特地去日本學習,回來之後再和麵廠合作製作,透過負60度C急速冷凍保存,讓食物口感保持在最佳狀態

看老闆如此用心地向我們介紹著,讓我覺得非得好好品嘗這碗麵才行!而吃起來也的確讓沒讓人失望,烏龍麵的麵條非常Q彈,略帶嚼勁,而蒜泥味道鹹香濃郁帶點微辣口感,很有古早味,整體口味較重些

相對於蒜泥炸醬烏龍麵這碗麵口味較清淡些,但絲毫不遜色!因為紅蔥酥的香氣在一上桌就已先發制人,攪拌過後更是香氣逼人,這裡的紅蔥酥不同市面上是由豬油去拌炒,老闆特地使用進口的植物油去製作,所以吃起來爆香卻不膩口也無油耗味,一口接一口讓人停不下來,我都吃到快見底了,才想起來我還沒拍照啊!XD

因為今天來吃飯的時間較早,剛好避開用餐人潮,老闆都會趁著空檔和我們閒聊,看我們吃得津津有味,他便問我們想不想吃吃店內的另一樣招牌─韭黃水餃,平時因為店裡人手不足,所以水餃只能販售生鮮包裝無法內用,而我一聽到「招牌」兩字當然立刻舉雙手贊成!

平常我們吃到的水餃內餡大部分都是高麗菜、青蔥、豬肉等,但這裡的內餡則是用韭黃和後腿肉去製作,品嘗起來餃子皮很紮實不軟爛,韭黃的味道很濃郁且特別,我覺得完全不用沾醬料就非常好吃了

相對於蒜泥炸醬烏龍麵這碗麵口味較清淡些,但絲毫不遜色!因為紅蔥酥的香氣在一上桌就已先發制人,攪拌過後更是香氣逼人,這裡的紅蔥酥不同市面上是由豬油去拌炒,老闆特地使用進口的植物油去製作,所以吃起來爆香卻不膩口也無油耗味,一口接一口讓人停不下來,我都吃到快見底了,才想起來我還沒拍照啊!XD

因為今天來吃飯的時間較早,剛好避開用餐人潮,老闆都會趁著空檔和我們閒聊,看我們吃得津津有味,他便問我們想不想吃吃店內的另一樣招牌─韭黃水餃,平時因為店裡人手不足,所以水餃只能販售生鮮包裝無法內用,而我一聽到「招牌」兩字當然立刻舉雙手贊成!

平常我們吃到的水餃內餡大部分都是高麗菜、青蔥、豬肉等,但這裡的內餡則是用韭黃和後腿肉去製作,品嘗起來餃子皮很紮實不軟爛,韭黃的味道很濃郁且特別,我覺得完全不用沾醬料就非常好吃了
