炒米粉的濕潤度剛剛好,不會過乾或過油,炒米粉上方的配料是:素肉條.高麗菜.木耳絲
米粉曾經在別的地方買過因為炒的太乾,吃的過程中有差點被噎死炒米粉,所以米粉本人我不愛炒米粉,但米粉覺得這裡的炒米粉很可以喔!

老闆娘說,當歸湯裏頭的中藥都是去固定的中藥行抓的,絕不使用使用市售的當歸粉,煮湯的時間也要拿捏得剛剛好才不會有苦澀感

這裡不只是賣像這樣切好一塊一塊的菜頭粿,也有賣一大塊圓圓胖胖的菜頭粿.油蔥肉燥粿跟芋頭肉燥粿,但全都是要打電話預定的

今天真的很幸運剛好有其他客人跟老闆娘訂購菜頭粿,難得的機會可以親眼看到菜頭粿的製作過程,當然一定要拜託老闆娘讓米粉多拍幾張照片囉!
老闆娘說:製作菜頭粿之前在來米一定要泡水,泡到一定的時間後才能研磨能米漿,在等待在來米浸泡的時間裡就要把一根根的菜頭刨成絲
等到在來米泡好後就會把在來米倒入照片中的機器裡準備開始研磨出米漿囉!
機器的最上層裝的是食用水,第二層就是放在來米的地方,研磨好的米漿就會從下方出口裡流出來啦!

磨好米漿後再來就是就煮菜頭絲啦!
老闆娘說:要做菜頭粿堅持一定要用台灣產的菜頭才會香,台灣菜頭量少的時候就要想辦法去找,真的找不到台灣菜頭的話就寧願不賣也不願意用進口菜頭做菜頭粿,因為進口的菜頭沒有香氣,吃到的口感也會不一樣
