蝦米今天就是跟著友人來到運河邊的運河路大啖海鮮,來一個蚵仔全席😂😂
吃得真是痛快啊~

這裡雖然是位處安平這個熱門觀光區域
但是這附近算比較少人出沒,所以應該也算是安平的隱藏美食?
旁邊不遠的地方有一間比較出名的店家是「阿美螃蟹粥」

用餐當天蝦米偷偷喵了一下廚房
半開方式的廚房空間只有一位阿姨在作業,不過這出菜速度還挺快的,咻咻咻就上齊了
我們今天點了很多跟蚵仔有關的餐點,看起來就像是蚵仔全席

這裡的蚵仔煎滿妙的,外面還有一大圈煎到脆脆的粉漿
中心的粉漿滑嫩嫩、海味十足的鮮蚵、加上些許的豆芽菜、青菜等等
搭上店家特製的醬汁,味道相當的豐富
而且相當的有台灣味兒

油麵的麵體、蝦仁、花枝、肉絲等等豐富的配料都來報到了
整體味道表現上中規中矩,但是用料很大方,也是值得鼓勵XD

古溜的麵線是滿滿的蚵仔味兒,吃起來真的是相當過癮

招牌鮮魚酥 $120
用餐當天點完餐後闆娘說明鮮魚的份量可能不夠一份,所以我們請闆娘幫忙做蚵仔酥跟鮮魚酥的拼盤組合
這樣也算是很幸運,兩種食材一次享受
飽滿的蚵仔經過大火油炸,小心燙口啊~一個不小心還有可能被爆出來的湯汁燙傷了舌頭~
鮮魚酥的魚肉吃起來也是頗為鮮嫩
一旁會附上沾醬沾著吃味道也是滿不賴的
