今天這家~~厲害了
跟著在地老饕的車尾燈,一起探訪巷弄裡面的平價小餐館
其實也不難找啦。中華東路上南紡購物中心對面,燒出名堂旁的巷子彎進去一會兒就會看見尤家餐館了
蝦米鮮少出現在這一帶,今天有幸認識這麼一間小餐館,也不枉費騎車騎了半個多小時

點完餐的同時,闆闆也拿起一整塊的嫩豆腐開始切切切
刀工細緻,準確地將嫩豆腐切成條狀
豆腐伴隨著肉末,經過大火快炒、調味,最後灑上一些青蔥提香
很快的麻婆豆腐上桌了
這道辣勁很夠,帶著些醋的酸氣,非常下飯
也因為這道真的是很夠味,吃飽之後還有剩,最後是跟闆闆外帶10元白飯,淋上這麻婆豆腐回家當晚餐😂😂

米飯真的可以用粒粒入味來形容了,這一盤好好吃~

這裡使用的虱目魚肚是俗稱的小肚,也是蝦米懶人很喜歡品嘗虱目魚肚的選項
不用秤秤秤魚刺啦😂😂
魚肚要煎到好吃,蝦米覺得就是要稍微赤赤的,但不能煎到乾柴
火侯掌握格外重要
軟軟嫩嫩的魚肚,跟旁邊鮮甜、扎實的魚肉,煎到赤赤的、酥脆的魚皮,搭配著吃真哦是很美味

到尤家餐館的當天是台南難得的連續大雨期間,穿著雨衣也會溼答答的天氣
剛剛好來這麼一大碗湯,兩個人喝完身體都暖呼呼啦~
蚵仔挺新鮮的,薑絲、酸菜來提味
用這個湯品當結尾真是舒服
