最近早晚天氣變好冷阿!冷冷的天氣最適合吃火鍋了!
這間位於小北觀光夜市的真味石頭火鍋,位子是在裡面那排的店家,並不是那麼顯眼。

這天哈露與友人相約晚上八點來吃,沒想到現在還滿多人的幾乎客滿狀態,
我們等了十幾分鐘才能入座,感覺生意不錯呢!

等熱鍋之後,老闆先用香菇、魷魚和大腸去把香氣逼出來,再加入蔥、蒜、洋蔥來拌炒。

下料之前哈露有先嘗了一口湯,超級鮮甜的!很清爽耶!💓
後來跟店裡的闆娘阿嬤聊天之後才知道,湯頭都是堅持每天自己熬煮的,完全不加任何味素,難怪喝完回去不會有口乾舌燥的感覺!

有看影片的朋友們一定也覺得阿嬤很可愛齁?附上阿嬤側拍照一張,哈哈!阿嬤真的很熱情!我們在用餐的時候看到阿嬤在裡面忙來忙去的,好不容易有空閒時間馬上跑來跟我們聊聊天,用著道地的台語開朗的笑聲一說就停不下來,滿滿的微笑讓人心裡都溫暖起來了。

總結:
跟阿嬤聊過天之後才知道現在已經是他們經營的第三代囉!
每天依然堅持凌晨四點就去市場採買新鮮的蔬食食材,下午五點再去安平採買當日新鮮的海鮮,所以每日的量都不一定,有多少拿多少!像這次哈露就沒有吃到他們的蛤蠣跟蝦子😭聽說他們的蛤蠣有利 50 元硬幣那麼大!!覺得殘念,只好下次再來!
