來到公園北路這條路上最多人想到的應該就是321藝術聚落還有每天排隊的湧飯了
不過就在不遠的地方,一間沒有顯眼招牌的和洋料理店
有著超高CP值的定食,也是排隊排的厲害的咧~

先來看看唐揚炸雞的部分
每一塊都好大塊呀😍😍~
偷偷問了一下闆闆,這裡的唐揚炸雞份量都是用一整隻的雞腿肉下去醃製、分切之後再來製作成唐揚炸雞
一整隻雞腿,難怪這份量看起來就相當的多
而且雞腿吃起來的口感就是比較不一樣,很有口感又Juicy
阿捏$170,排隊一下下也沒關係了XD

闆闆說蒸蛋在製作過程是使用柴魚高湯,還有添加了些許的淡味醬油,所以在色澤上比較偏暗一些,口味上表現比較中規中矩一些

這裡的炸豆腐滿特別的,一般都會選用嫩豆腐吃起來是外酥內軟的口感
但是才川闆闆走自己的路,選用板豆腐,吃起來口感紮實許多,倒有點兒像是..臭豆腐走日式風格XD,但是不會臭臭的,來點沾醬提味還不賴
