最近的天氣涼意是明顯了許多,約了幾個朋友就往真味火鍋跑
真味火鍋營業也有30餘年,幾經波折、搬遷,現在在小北這裡落腳了

真味火鍋位在小北的內側,用餐起來少了很多車水馬龍的吵雜,也算是鬧中取靜
小北這裡有自己的停車空間,停車算是相當方便

青蔥、蒜頭、辣椒、香菜、薑絲..等等應有盡有

油熱了之後倒入蔥、蒜、香菇、魷魚..等等食材先爆香一下(基本炒料 $100)
再倒入所選肉片拌炒
( 這裡的肉片是直接跟闆闆點唷,冰箱裏面看不見XD )
最後加入店家熬煮的高湯就可以準備丟食材入鍋囉~~

真味火鍋,目前是由三代共同經營的一間火鍋老店
高齡近80歲的阿嬤還是堅持每天親手製作貢丸、還有一些餃子類等等食材
笑口常開、中氣十足的阿嬤,都說這貢丸是『硬練的』

再來就是海鮮類的食材
闆闆每天收店後,稍微休息一下,天還沒亮就會出現在市場來採購
精挑細選,選出好貨才會出現在冰箱裡
這可是闆闆的堅持,除了要來店的客人吃得安心,也是吃的開心
所以蛤蜊、蝦子的尺寸可是要比一般火鍋店要大上一些,鮮度自然也不在話下
看看這蛤蜊....簡直都要比50元硬幣要大了,肉質也是很飽滿、很鮮美

所以喝起來是滿清爽的
而且堅持不加味精什麼的,吃飽多來兩碗湯,回家也不會覺得口渴
