這次米粉要介紹一家2018年12月底才剛開幕又很特別的火鍋店《日鮮市集》
《日鮮市集》的海鮮全部都是當日由安平漁港運回後立刻進行清洗與分切再放入食材冰櫃
這裡的點餐方式也有別於以往的紙本菜單,選購方式就像去超市買菜一樣,每種食材上都有貼覆價格,價格標得一清二楚不用吃得心驚驚
