一說到成大醫院附近的東豐路,
腦海裡馬上浮現夏季壯觀的黃金雨,
花季期滿地落英繽紛,像舖了條金黃地毯似的,彷彿畫裡一般;
難怪有許多知名餐廳都選在這如詩如畫的地點落腳。
聽說這裡有一家很特別的早午餐店—日光·緩緩,
於是找了一個週六早上約了友人一起嘗鮮。

沿著東豐路走,在行道樹夾雜的林蔭大道路旁尋到了店址,
簡約的白灰條紋背景上,嵌上了綠色的店名招牌,
感覺格外清新有元氣,
幾片偌大的落地窗透出店內的擺設,
玻璃窗上貼了最新菜單以及推薦適合帶著走的沙拉餐,
店外擺放了一組桌椅,很適合慵懶的假日早晨在此靜靜待著。

「日光·緩緩」除了在103年時曾入選台南百家好店,
也是成大商圈認證優良店家,
讓人很放心,看來應該是家優質的好店。
對於第一次到訪的我們來說,
首先最感到好奇的就是「日光·緩緩」後面那串外文—C'est la vie,到底是什麼意思呢?
原來是法文「這就是生活」,
生活在現代忙碌的都市生活中,偶而應該讓自己停下腳步,
用最輕鬆的步調來享受餐點,
品嘗食物最新鮮的原味,
或許點上一杯咖啡,
聽著輕快的巴薩諾瓦音樂,
悠閒的閱覽書報,
這才是過生活的一大境界。
「日光·緩緩」正是為此而生,
選用最好的食材來料理餐點,有機安全無毒就是品牌最自豪的原則。

走進店內,溫暖的木質裝潢與柔和的燈光,打造一處放鬆的空間,
環境也很乾淨舒適,
不太像是我們印象中的早午餐店的風格,
倒是比較像是咖啡館、藝廊的綜合體,
菜單和名片也走自然風,跟玄關那片綠牆是同系列的,彼此互相呼應。
看到這麼多綠色主調,
大腦好像很理所當然地就會想點些綠色的蔬菜來吃呀!

友人說這是她喝過最好喝的醋了,

乖乖等時間一到,
開始我們的第一次溫沙拉體驗,
(溫沙拉這詞來自於法文Salade Tiede,我沒嘗試過這種沙拉吃法,讓我聯想到日本茶泡飯的吃法)
說實在的,冬天吃這種溫沙拉最適合,不會冷吱吱,
口感、美味和健康一次都滿足了!
另外,友人發現有一種野菜看起來和吃起來反差很大,
以為吃起來是脆脆的生菜,像是羅美生菜那種,
沒想到卻像吃豆子,
請教店員後才知道那叫翼豆,很特別!(請往上滑那碗野菜,在玉米旁邊最左邊兩片綠色菜葉)

兩三個人吃都不成問題,
雞肉絲和堅果鋪得滿滿的,多種生菜和水果店家也給得不手軟,
多種綜合生菜帶微苦卻甘甜爽口的特性,吃起來蠻特別,
都是店家精選台灣在地小農種植的無農藥殘留生菜新鮮直送,
我們想著平常不太容易吃得到,剛好趁這個機會多補充一點。
而水果也是出乎意料的甜,蓮霧、柳丁、小番茄、火龍果…每樣都讓人讚不絕口,
果然是誠意一等一的。
重頭戲的天使細麵,選用的是義大利第一品牌Barilla百味來,
調味得恰到好處,它看起來很像麵線,但一點都不軟黏,
咬起來很Q彈滑順,口感不錯,迅速擄獲了了我們一行人的胃,
愛吃義大利麵的我以前竟然沒注意到有這款細麵,真的長知識了!

特別要提一下葡萄油醋的兩大功臣—「奧利塔冷壓初榨橄欖油」和「奧利塔摩典那巴薩米可醋」
搜尋了一下關於巴薩米可醋的由來竟是源於一場美麗的錯誤—
在北義摩典那這個地方,一位粗心的釀酒工人誤將葡萄酒遺忘在木桶中,
等到發現時葡萄酒早已醋化熟成,
一個前所未有的新品就此誕生,
看似不起眼的黑醋颳起了料理界一陣旋風,成了當紅炸子雞。
