安平區文平路上的900度串燒工坊終於在我們路過101次後踏進來了😂,這是一個下著毛毛細雨的夜晚,我們跟友人約在這裡從晚餐到宵夜,喝著飲料吃著串燒聊著是非,蠻不錯的一個空間

這裡的串燒我們覺得很特別,在口味的呈現上在市面上真的是很少見,用了很多種蔬果跟肉品的結合,吃起來清爽不膩口!點了一盤綜合可以吃到11種口味真的是蠻不錯的

這應該是溏心蛋吧!?溏心蛋我們常吃,用烤的來呈現還真是第一次吃到,沒有過多的調味,一口塞進嘴裡可以吃到滿滿的蛋香氣

店家將鮭魚肉弄得比較細緻一些,均勻地分散在炒飯裡面,炒飯是粒粒分明,口感上醬香味道蠻不錯的,還有著淡淡的鮭魚香氣
