烤過的牛肉口感較為紮實,牛肉給的份量也不算少,整體CP值個人覺得蠻不錯的。我們一樣選擇了椒鹽口味,這是我們最喜歡品嚐串燒的方式,也是最能吃出食材的好味道

鹽焗的做法是我們在家做料理的時候比較不敢嘗試的,因為做完之後整間屋子都會有一股味道,而且會持續好幾天😂,不是在家吃飯就沒差囉。這是一道需要耐心等待的料理,但是美味是值得等待的,採用鹽焗的方式,讓豬心吃起來就會帶一點鹹度,口感超Q又耐嚼的豬心搭配淡淡的鹹香真的是很好吃

這裡的甜不辣口感就跟名稱一樣,酥酥脆脆的,口感上比較有嚼勁。店家一樣附上胡椒鹽可以增添風味,但是我們喜歡吃原味,香氣會在咀嚼中慢慢發出來
