來鴨母寮市場,除了很知名的鴨母寮市場炭火麵,今天要分享的泉成點心店也是不能錯過的唷。泉成是在市場拓寬之後才在現址落腳,創立於民國38年至今營業已有70年,也算是資深店家了。

早期的泉成以自製丸子類、麵點類較有名氣,現在則是連門口陳列的炸物也很出色,我們這天是接近店家的打烊時間到來,炸物的選項也比較少。若是早一點過來,應該不難看到這裡會被很多婆婆媽媽給包圍著

意麵是我們蠻喜歡的麵條選項,所以不用考慮就點了😂。配菜裡面除了青菜,我們還吃到一點...榨菜,蠻特別的。攪拌均勻可以品嘗到淡淡的豬油香氣巴附在麵條上,肉燥的提味也算是淡雅,整體是一碗蠻中規中矩的意麵

這裡的魚皮是有裹粉的魚皮,所以在口感的呈現會多了幾分QQ口感,魚皮的量給的不算少,湯頭裡有著鮮甜風味整體蠻不錯的

這裡的麻醬麵..有著肉燥跟麻醬兩種香氣的互相襯托,整體的味道是還不錯,但是會感覺麻醬的量似乎稍微少了點,如果可以再多一點就更棒了

蝦丸肉丸魚丸三種丸子三種風味、三種口感一次享受,我們覺得店家的手作丸子吃起來味道不會過重,有著淡雅的清香,魚丸味道相對較重、也多了點Q彈,蝦丸則是相對軟一些,都蠻不錯的
