台南港式燒臘店蠻多的,但是杰港式燒臘可以說是我們心目中的前幾名。從最早的新興路7-11旁,然後搬家到利南黃昏市場旁。後來又聽說原本香港師傅回去香港,將利南黃昏市場旁的店面盤讓出去,讓我們傷心了好一陣子。現在則是落腳永康中華路上,前台切肉快手、包便當快手已經是由第二代接手,還有最熟悉的夾菜的老闆娘,看到我們遠從南區追到永康還小小受驚了一下。
用餐時候人潮頗為洶湧,不知道有沒有人跟我們一樣特地騎了半小時的車子過去買便當回來回味、吃個懷念的味道,建議可以撥打電話預訂減少等候時間喔

油雞腿肉質嫩嫩帶點Q勁,皮油油亮亮的超入味,鹹淡適宜很好吃。我們喜歡先吃飯菜、後吃肉、最後再吃皮,將精華中的精華保留到最後面來享用,雞皮的部分味道也是最讚的,是一份會讓人想念油雞腿便當。有人跟我們一樣是這樣子的吃法嗎?😂😂

脆皮燒肉鹹香鹹香的是我們之前就蠻喜歡的餐點,皮脆脆的咬下去卡滋卡滋的,香氣在卡滋卡滋裡面接著散發出來。中間肥肉的部分QQ的富含彈性,卻不會膩口。若是把皮分開後單獨吃肉的話會有一點點在吃鹹豬肉的fu,整體的口感、味道很不錯喔
