南區巷弄裡有著很多很厲害的店家,今天要分享的南邦泰式料理,闆闆是泰北人,娶了台灣老婆,營業地點很低調,沒有招牌、沒有華麗裝潢、位在不起眼的巷子裡。整體吃下來的感覺比較像是在泰國人的家裡作客,風味有沒有道地我們是不太清楚,畢竟沒去過泰國,不過味道我們是蠻喜歡的

店家門口有一座木造搖椅,感覺在這邊吃飯好像也挺不賴的,加上店家種植滿滿的植栽,會有一種置身叢林的感覺

雖然好像曾經聽說泰國料理應該是沒有這道料理?既然在這裡看到了月亮蝦餅,那應該也算是入境隨俗吧?😂。蝦肉剁成泥,搭配調味料,再用餅皮將蝦泥包覆做油炸的動作,用說的很間單,改天我們實際做給大家看XDDD

這裡的月亮蝦餅非常厚實,外面有一點酥脆感,裡面是紮時有彈性的Q趕,整體口感、味道都蠻不錯的,也可以沾點店家提供的醬料來增添風味。我們實際用硬幣來測試厚度,中心點竟然跟一元硬幣一樣厚!!👍

店家採用的容器蠻特別的,是一個超大貝殼,是一個海味十足的容器!裡面有花枝、蝦子、小捲、蛤蜊等等搭配芹菜、洋蔥,整體很豐富,醬汁又酸又辣的很開胃。

這道湯品的酸香氣就比檸檬魚要多了許多,也更合我們的胃口。湯裡頭有著不少的辛香料,讓湯頭喝起來的口感除了酸、也很豐富。
海鮮用料不算少,滿滿的都快滿出來了,我們四個人一人一碗剛剛好不用打架👌
