來分享一間我們蠻喜歡的溫體牛肉鍋👉「鴻牛溫體牛肉鍋」。鴻牛目前在台南有兩間,一間位在永康區東橋一路,是個人鍋的方式,一個人也可以輕鬆享用溫體牛肉鍋。一間則是我們今天到訪的西門店,就在新光三越新天地的附近。

雖然店名是溫體牛肉鍋,但是也有提供豬肉鍋底、以及其他非牛肉的食材,像我們今天四人聚餐,兩個友人不吃牛,自己開一鍋豬肉鍋就蠻方便的
所以即使是不吃牛的朋友也可以來鴻牛吃火鍋,而且價格不會比一些火鍋店家貴喔

紅燒牛尾..這在台南應該是少見了!做工繁複,也需要長時間的燉煮才能成就一鍋好的紅燒牛尾鍋。店家採用20多種藥材搭配大量蔬果燉煮出來的湯頭,溫潤、不燥,一整鍋喝光光也不會口乾舌燥的。

牛尾的部份我們比較少吃,今天多吃了幾塊發現還蠻錯的耶,牛尾靠近身體的地方,肉質比較結實、而且帶有一點的Q度。靠近末端的部份肉質則是很軟嫩

先來看看店長介紹我們的吃法吧,左手拿湯匙右手拿夾子,夾起一兩片肉在砂鍋裡面旋轉個幾圈,然後放到小碗裡面,再倒入一些紅燒湯。熟度的話可以根據自己的喜好,生一點的頂級溫體牛品嚐起來會有著一點點的脆感,熟一點的話會多了幾分紮實口感

這一盤豬肉可厲害了,部位的話算是梅花肉,店長介紹著說即使煮到忘記撈起來,肉質也不會因久煮而顯著乾柴。經過我們實測,還真的是這樣捏,蠻厲害的肉片
