這次跟著在地友人的帶路,來到一間位在巷弄裡的和風西洋料理,享受一頓視覺與味覺的雙重饗宴。
這間是由曾任法國米其林二星餐廳的日籍主廚親自料理!日籍主廚泉原俊一先生曾遠赴法國擔任米其林二星餐廳的廚師,而後受聘於日本著名品牌餐廳KIHACHI擔任料理長二十多年,最後被嘉義的慢活步調給吸引,落腳嘉義巷弄開啟了享櫻 shine 和風西洋料理的每一天

這裡的麵包使用的是法國麵包佐無鹽奶油,法國麵包烤過之後有著些許的酥脆口感,紮實的麵包體很有咬勁,抹上薄薄一層的無鹽奶油,增添了麵包整體的香氣
