蝦米今天品嘗的近江和牛宴 $2280,地點是在怡平路上的瑪莉洋房
瑪莉洋房餐飲集團在台南也有10年歷史了,旗下餐廳有太妃公寓、櫻桃木、也是瑪莉等等

近江牛每年產量約5-6千頭,其中A5等級的只有1000頭左右,產量稀少,更顯珍貴
品嘗之前,主廚有將還沒料理過的生肉拿出來當網美 ,看大家都被那分布均勻的油花給震攝住了
