豬五花經過炭火烤過逼出油脂之後其實並不會感覺到油膩
反而是多了一點肥瘦之間特有的口感
這蒜頭....還真是特別阿~竟然串起來烤了😍😍
烤過之後的蒜頭,一點也沒有嗆辣的口感,反而多了一股清甜,多吃一點晚上吸血鬼不會找上門唷~
