位在巷子裡的鰻丼作,在鰻魚料理界裡面可是相當有名氣的唷
不過就是隱密了些,不太好找
跟著中西區達人小蝦米走~~從府前路「清吉水果」「小椿食堂」旁邊這條巷子就會好找許多
順著巷子走,如果是用餐時間,看到有人在排隊,沒錯,這裡就是鰻丼作了

蝦米是當天的前幾名客人,所以也沒有等待到就有座位了
上面照片是蝦米離開的時候得排隊人潮
進門後可以發現裡面是滿滿的日式風格裝潢
座位不是太多,板前座位+牆邊座位大概約18人左右
台南的巷弄裡的房子大部分都不大,空間算是利用得很充分了

鰻魚幾乎鋪滿了整個飯盒,份量相當之大,頗為驚豔
厚度相當足夠,很扎實,口感是比較Q彈的帶點脆勁
醬燒味道濃厚,香氣很是迷人
