還有電視作伴,滿不錯的,電視前面有清涼飲料可以自取
蝦米今天到這裡用餐的時間大概是下午一點半左右,過了尖峰時間,闆闆也比較悠閒了些

用奶油跟南極蝦大火拌炒翻炒之下的炒飯,米飯粒粒入味
以南極蝦為主的炒飯比較少見到,用奶油加上些許蒜頭的提香,蝦子本身的口感帶點脆感,香氣還不賴
蝦子的量還滿多的,整體吃起來不錯吃
炒飯的份量很夠,一盤吃完從中午飽到晚餐

這盤讓重口味的蝦米滿愛的,鹹豬肉的部份事先有處理過,帶有皮的Q度,有肉的咬勁,鹹香鹹香的
兩盤炒飯都有一個共通點,就是翻炒過後每一粒米粒都是充分的接收到闆闆賦予的味道
除了粒粒分明的口感,更可以感受到闆闆的功力

酸辣夠味,附上一顆半熟蛋
將蛋搓破之後整體味道會溫潤一些
酸酸辣辣的滿開胃的,會讓人很難停下手來的一口一口接著享用啊~

蔥花蛋蝦米在家也是偶爾會自己下廚做來吃
但是味道總是差了一點,大概要多去上幾堂廚藝課程了😂😂
