天氣好熱,真的是飲料喝到飽的一個季節
沒有食慾,便當也吃不下,鹽水雞這類型可以冷冷的吃的食物倒是很可以
今天特地跑很遠,騎車騎到屁股都痛痛的,就為了這台南的第一間ET鹽水雞

接著就是調味拉
喜歡重一點口味,或是清淡一些的都可以跟闆娘說來做調整喔
ET鹽水雞採用天然芝麻香油,沒有添加蔥薑蒜等配料,直接搭配上中藥高湯、胡椒粉等等做簡單的調味
整體是比較清爽,不會膩口
像蝦米喜歡檸檬味重一些的口感的,就有特別請闆娘再多加一點檸檬汁

當然檸檬汁也是加很多分啦
今天點的食材裡面比較特別的是「雞生腸」,口感脆脆的本身沒有太多味道,主要味道還是來自於店家後續的調味
