米粉跟肉食主義者約好要去看電影,由於太早出門所以決定要先找個地方吃個飽,於是來到位於中華路上的夏雪,這家店其實滿好找的,就在中華路上金玉堂的旁邊
夏雪是一家主打雪花冰與鍋燒意麵的店家,店家所使用的冰磚是來自於高雄某個公司所製作的,而且還經過多國認證過喔!
至於其他的食材都是店家每天去兵仔市挑選的,鍋燒系列的湯頭則是每天使用新鮮的豬大骨與土雞骨熬製而成

身為媽媽的米粉剛到夏雪時心中浮現((下次我們家那兩隻小鬼頭要買文具或買書時米粉要帶她們來這裡))的想法
因為夏雪就開在金玉堂旁邊,米粉家那兩隻小鬼頭非常愛逛金玉堂,每次一逛就一定要半個小時以上,米粉剛好又是個超沒耐性的媽媽,等久了火氣也上來了😡
以後要買書買文具可以先帶孩子們到夏雪吃個飯,孩子們吃飽了就可以去隔壁慢慢逛,媽媽我就可以慢慢享用美食囉!

整個店面其實算寬敞,座位也很多,米粉來的當天剛好有人員在後方作業,米粉不好意思打擾到人家作業,只能往前一點拍照,所以照片上看到的位置就會比較少囉!

夏雪是採取半自助的方式,餐具.茶水.調味料.衛生紙全都放在架子的中間請自取,用餐完畢後的餐盤也要自己拿來這裡放喔!

雪花里肌鍋燒意麵$120
肉片的口感是嫩的,而且肉片的份量不少喔!配料跟鮮魚鍋燒泡飯差不多只是少了蛤俐湯頭不油膩又甘甜,味道方面米粉個人覺得很古早味
米粉覺得有點可惜的是,整碗麵上面的浮沫太多導致賣相不太好

雪花里肌鍋燒意麵還會附加一小碟醬油,米粉倒是覺得整碗麵裡的肉片跟配料已經有吸附湯頭的味道了不需要再另外沾醬,尤其是肉片,沾了醬料反而吃不到肉片原本就有的甜味

雪花冰是用花生冰磚刨製而成的,表層加了巧克力醬.花生醬.杏仁角跟星型米果
整體味道濃郁但不甜膩,米果也可以代替湯匙沾著雪花冰一起吃,鹹鹹甜甜的也不錯喔!
