話說永福路上的無名豆花,好像不能說是無名耶,是很有名XD。這間也是蝦米近期分享的第三間豆花,三間都在赤崁樓附近。第一間是成功路上的德記、然後是民族路上的邱家,然後就是今天要分享的是無名豆花

招牌上寫著70年老店,在靠近店門口的地方有一台古色古香的豆花推車,上面有一些關於店家歷史的介紹,傳承三代,沒有招牌沒有店名,也是『無名豆花』的由來

小珍珠的份量蠻多的,幾乎每一口都可以吃的到珍珠。珍珠QQ的卻有點古溜,在嘴裡算是很搞怪的配料XD。豆花蠻滑嫩的,搭配微甜的糖水,在正午的天氣裡面感受上非常清涼

店家使用非基改的黃豆來製作豆花,吃的到豆香味兒,整體也不會因為過甜而感到口渴,豆花夏天可以冰冰的吃、冬天可以熱熱的吃,算是四季都很適合的甜品。椰果那微酸微甜又QQ的口感,跟豆花也是滿對味的,讓這碗豆花的味道豐富了許多

這裡的花生豆花跟其他店家有著些許的不同,大部分都會把花生熬煮到入口即化,這裡的是硬梆梆的XD。硬梆梆的花生口感很脆,咀嚼中也多了幾分花生香,在眾多豆花裡面口感也是最豐富的
