正德街以前有很多間現炒,現在僅存兩間。一間是今天要分享的主角 - 民國67年創立的『台南高家現炒』,在網路上的資訊比較少一些。另一間是名氣比較響亮的『正德街22號現炒』。高家現炒從外面看進去,真的是很有老店的fu。店面算是比較寬的,分成兩邊,一邊是半開放式的廚房區域,另一邊則是有著居家感覺的用餐空間。

很下飯的一道料理,也是來這現炒店蠻推薦可以點來享用的,蔥、薑等等辛香料搭上蚵仔的鮮味和豆鼓甘味,最後再用辣椒來作點綴,整體口味較重,可以多吃好幾碗白飯XD
