上個月吃完台中鵝肉,覺得很不錯,不過台中鵝肉販售的品項是相對少了點。如果是想吃鵝肉,也想來點小炒類,那麼今天要分享的位在東寧路上的『台西鵝肉』就會是蠻不錯的選擇。

用餐空間明亮、也很通風。店內以圓桌為主,左邊是結帳櫃檯。往裡面一點則是放酒水飲料的冰箱

上桌時是油亮油亮的,相當誘人。夾了一塊入口,肉質蠻軟嫩的,鹹香下飯。店家給的薑絲、豆芽菜、韭菜等等量也是很大器,鵝肉夾著豆芽菜韭菜一起入口也是蠻不錯的享用方式

筍乾湯是價目表裡面唯一沒有標價的湯品,所以計價方式也不是很清楚。可以知道的是在結帳的時候有偷偷看了一下,今天的筍乾湯是 $80。筍乾的量很多很多,都快看不見湯了,沒有筍乾的酸氣,整體倒是蠻清爽的

除了豆鼓、九層塔,店家還添加了蛋來拌炒,重口味的蔭鼓蚵讓我們多吃了好幾碗白飯,蛋的部分也因為這樣子的調味而相當特別

這盤剛好放在我的面前,所以我跟它很熟XDD,豬肉部分QQ有嚼勁,洋蔥的量蠻多的,吃起來又多了點洋蔥的鮮甜,也是很下飯的一道菜
