這天結束工作時間已經晚上9點半了,米粉的噴油說他嘴饞想吃點小東西.於是噴油帶米粉來到位於中華路二段關帝殿旁邊的ICHIRO
ICHIRO是間賣鹽酥雞的店家,但這裡的鹽酥雞跟一般鹽酥雞可不一樣喔!
ICHIRO的鹽酥雞是先油炸大概8.9分熟後加入蔥.蒜等等配料下鍋爆炒至全熟,這樣如此搞剛的作法只為兩個原因,一是逼出多餘油脂,二是增加香氣與酥脆感

往餐點製作區後面走就會進到內用區,內用區有分為兩人桌與四人桌
