苦瓜羊肉我們是比較少吃到這樣的組合。苦甘苦甘的苦瓜遇到羊肉,原來也可以這麼速配。透過闆闆的調味,苦瓜吃起來苦中帶著些許的甘甜倒也是蠻厲害的

沒看過羊仙果的料理過程的朋友們,今天我們有偷拍了幾張照片來跟大家分享。羊仙果的外層有一層薄膜,先去除後將羊仙果切成片狀,再搭配切好的薑片就可以下鍋採用煨煮的方式來料理囉。悶煮過程採用麻油跟米酒來調味,慢慢煨慢慢煮,將麻油香氣整個煨近羊仙果內,每一口羊仙果都是濃郁的麻油香

這裡的羊肉爐走的是淡雅的路線,沒有過度厚重的中藥味道,夏天來吃也不會覺得有負擔。看起來平淡無奇的羊肉爐內,底部有著不少的帶皮羊肉,羊肉都有先經過燉煮,味道很夠,湯頭有著淡淡的中藥香氣,是一鍋蠻不錯的羊肉爐
