歐野基平常的話生意是蠻不錯的,所以蠻建議在點餐的時候一次點足,才不會因為加點而重新等待
土雞肝蠻厲害的,口感鬆軟,有著滿滿的醬香氣,巧妙的將肝獨特的氣味給中和掉了大半,讓平常比較少吃肝類的友人也吃得很開心
柚香肥腸則是多了幾分清香味,感覺蠻不錯的

來這裡也可以吃到和牛!!相對於我們常吃的和牛火鍋肉片的軟嫩,塊狀的和牛則是多了紮實的口感,烤過的蒜頭不辣口,而是多了一股甜香味,兩個搭在一起真的是很不錯

蔥段鮪魚蠻特別的,是我們在其他串燒店家比較少見的,鮪魚吃起來的鹹度是比較適中,口味上相對於剛剛介紹的和牛雞肝等等是比較清淡一些的,口感也很厚實

這個豚棒整體口感倒是有點兒像是漢堡肉,直接吃的話鹹香鹹香的不錯吃,店家還會提供一顆生蛋黃,沾著吃的話口感更是溫潤了些

菜名很有意思,問了一下店家,原來這是來自於澎湖白沙鄉講美村的帶殼牡蠣。這裡的牡蠣養殖在純凈無污染的珊瑚礁海域,所以這七彩牡蠣的外殼有被珊瑚礁蟲附著.而顯得很特別,口感上鮮味十足,擠一點萊姆,讓牡蠣的鮮甜更顯凸出
