民生路靠近海安路口,玉山銀行對面的吾皇萬歲餃子麵食館,是一間我們蠻常享用的麵食店家,酢醬麵、雙醬麵都是心頭好,近期推出的醬燒花雕雞拌麵香氣更是沒話說👍

進去左邊跟後面規劃成座位區,而右邊則是店家的作業區,所有的製作過程都是蠻透明的,享用起來也安心許多

店家特條的花雕雞醬汁認真的說,很香、味道挺不錯的,採用一整隻的去骨雞腿文火慢煎,讓花雕醬的香氣慢慢的滲入雞腿裡,起鍋,好吃
如果要說小小缺點,大概就比較不適合剛交往的男女朋友,畢竟一整隻雞腿拿起來啃是需要犧牲一點形象的

白色👉原味餃子,採用豬後腿肉跟高麗菜的組合,應該也是最多人可以接受的口味,這裡的餃子即使不沾醬我們也覺得可以
橘皮👉麻辣餃子,麻麻辣辣,辣勁十足
黃色👉韭菜餃子,採用韭黃製作的皮,顏色很亮,很吸睛,韭菜味道濃厚,喜歡韭菜的朋友一定會很愛

紫皮👉臭雞餃子,一款以臭豆腐跟雞肉結合起來的餃子,咬開的那個瞬間....真的臭啊,這款餃子我們常吃,蠻建議採用香煎的方式,上桌的瞬間應該會驚呆了!!!😂
黑色👉蝦仁餃子,我們詢問了一下為什麼蝦仁要搭配黑色的皮?闆闆說明...因為他是瞎子,眼前一片黑....這還真妙啊XDD,一顆水餃一隻蝦,蝦子滿大的不錯不錯
