今天來分享一間金華路二段上肉燥麵店,外觀新穎、挺有質感的麵店。新穎的外表裡可是相當有歷史的,有著傳承五代、超過百年的肉燥香,這也是洪貴人闆闆記憶中最日常的台南味,是阿嬤曬的紅蔥頭、阿公炒的肉燥,再搭配媽媽煮的麵,是一碗有溫度的肉燥麵。

這裡的軟絲挺新鮮的喔,軟絲Q彈的口感一直是我們的最愛,所以當然也是來一份試試味道。一旁還有店家提供的薑絲、五味醬,可以搭配著軟絲來享受不一樣的風味。

一盅一盅的方式來呈現、一樣是一種質感的提升。筍子清香完全的呈現在湯頭裡面,軟骨燉煮到幾乎是骨肉分離相當好入口,還有香菇來幫忙提味,這是一碗好湯👍
