店名是沙茶爐,沙茶量當然是有過人之處。我們習慣用沙茶醬、搭配蛋黃、青蔥、辣椒、一點點的醬油攪拌攪拌,然後淋在米飯先吃上一碗

進門之後點餐前,店員會先詢問要豬肉鍋還是牛肉鍋,還會詢問幾人份,通常..兩個人用餐建議點一人份即可,然後看要再加點什麼食材來享用
豬肉爐基本菜盤就是下面的照片再搭配一盤高麗菜,我們習慣將小卷、肉片以外的食材先丟入鍋中熬煮一下
